FOR STUDENTS - Full in-school program
The full in-school program meets three times per week during the school day for a semester or year. The program includes two yoga classes and a wellness workshop each week.   

In this course students learn the basics of yoga and breathing, and are introduced to more challenging physical exercises as they demonstrate competence and mastery. The workshops cover health and wellness topics including nutrition, non-violent conflict resolution, self-esteem, healthy relationships, and stress management.
