Fundraising:

Although not required, we ask each participant to raise a minimum of $108.  This can be achieved by finding sponsors for each sun salutation that you do: $1 per salutation = $108!  Ask friends and family to make tax-deductible pledges in support of your sun salutes through your own personal fundraising page, which you can create here: www.bit.ly/riseyogathon2017

Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions to guide you through fundraising. If you have any questions about how to set a personal fundraising goal in support of RISE, please do not hesitate to contact us at madoka@RISEyogaforyouth.org

Registration:

Please register online. The registration fee for this event is $25 Early Bird, $30 regular, and $35 at the door. There is a tab to pay the registration fee, and also to make a donation if you would like to contribute more than the registration fee. You do not need to bring a ticket to the event if you register online.

 Level:

This is an all-levels event. You do not need to do all 108 salutations! We encourage participants to meet themselves where they are and treat their bodies lovingly.

If possible, bring your own yoga mat. We will have a few extra, though the salutations can also be done without a mat. Wear comfortable clothing for movement.
